Diane’s passion for real estate began over 40 years ago, after purchasing her first home in 1980. During her long real estate career she has purchased and sold millions of dollars in residential real estate in Southeastern Mass and Florida, and has owned several apartment buildings, honing her skills and acquiring valuable knowledge in property management, renovations, rentals, tenant negotiations and evictions.

Licensed in Real Estate in Massachusetts since 1986, and a Licensed Notary, she has represented countless of Buyers and Sellers with dignity and fairness while enabling them to achieve their goals and their pursuit of the “American Dream” of home ownership.

She had worked closely with Real Estate/Trust Attorneys in Florida doing paralegal work for many years, gaining immeasurable legal knowledge of the inner workings of Buyer/Seller transactions and the foreclosure process. She also owned her own real estate office in Florida as well, while buying and selling her own properties.

Whether her client is a first-time home Buyer, or a seasoned Seller, she will utilize her experience and knowledge to secure the best outcome for her clients, who then become part of her family.
