Dawn Rusin Announced as Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod & Rhode Island Regional Manager

On July 16th, 2025, during Lamacchia Realty’s company updates, it was announced that effective immediately, Dawn Rusin was named as the Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod & Rhode Island Regional Manager. Her new role will cover the Fall River, New Bedford, Seekonk, and Falmouth offices. This promotion reflects Dawn’s dedication, perseverance, and unwavering loyalty to the company.

Dawn began her journey with Lamacchia Realty in July 2023, when she and her husband, Ron Rusin, merged their former brokerage, Right Choice Real Estate, with Lamacchia. Right Choice Real Estate was a dominating force in Bristol County and Rhode Island for 25 years and they were uniquely good at generating a high sale per agent ratio. Lamacchia Realty Fall River, the office still maintains its strong presence in the community, continuing to deliver the same trusted service and local expertise. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dawn is a trusted and respected leader whose deep knowledge and expertise are beneficial in her new role. Now as the Southeastern MA and Cape Cod Regional Manager, Dawn can guide and empower Lamacchia Realty REALTORS ® within her region to support and help grow their businesses.
