about

Gail was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and raised in Arlington. From there, her relocations to the south of Boston began first residing in Quincy, and then Hanson, and finally to Falmouth. Gail began her interest in real estate in the role of a Massachusetts licensed real estate appraiser for banks and mortgage companies working with a Braintree appraisal office. She enjoyed this career path for about eight years. Her employment interest then shifted to a corporate environment. Gail worked for many years as a senior administrative assistant and supported staff from various executive levels. After leaving a successful career, real estate opportunities were calling her again. After obtaining a real estate sales license, Gail began working with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, primarily in the rental department. Gail’s strength of being a team player has benefited working well with her office peers. Her outgoing and pleasant personality is recognized by many of the clients she has worked with over the years. And now, Gail is excited to join the Lamacchia Realty sales efforts in Falmouth.

How do you spend time outside of work?

“First and foremost I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. I have a special place in my heart for each one of them! Falmouth is a great place to live and enjoy spending time with activities such as biking, a ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, and taking advantage of the summer weather. Over the years, exploring other areas of Cape Cod has been fun too.”

Do you have any particular hobbies?

“Yes, I am an “amateur” genealogist. Many years ago, I started researching my maternal grandmother’s Italian lineage. Needless to say, I never stopped and have created trees for my four family lines. I’ve met and connected with cousins I never knew existed and have found many interesting facts about my ancestors. It’s been a challenging and wonderful journey discovering my family roots!”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“My favorite charity is the American Heart Association. Both of my parents died of heart-related issues.”
