I knew of your company from your ads, and the commercial with you walking in the pool told me I should look at you. I came down to the condo in June and contacted four real estate agents. They came in and gave me their speeches, and whatever they thought would get me to sign with them. My third interview was with Amie Balchunas. Her presentation was head and shoulders above all the rest. Very knowledgeable. She answered questions before I asked. She gave me a full explanation of what I had to do and what she would do. No questions were left unanswered. The difference between the interviews Amie gave and the first two agents was very impressive. Despite the fact that I still had a fourth agent to interview Amie’s presentation was so impressive that decided to go with Lamacchia Realty. I did listened to the fourth presentation. My observation is that the other agents could learn a lot from Amie. It was obvious that she has done her homework! As usual, there were problems (damn HOAs) but she handled each one without stressing me out. Amie was always very optimistic, even when some of the problems proved troublesome, and she always kept me fully updated. I was not around as I had returned to Massachusetts. She never seemed frustrated with the problems. And always assured me that everything would work out. Amie is one of the easiest people to get along with, between her smile and her attitude. She is a real asset to Lamacchia Realty, and I would , and will, recommend Amie to whoever is interested in buying a home here or Florida. She was a pleasure to work with, a real gem.
