Lisa is a native of Lunenburg, spending her childhood falling asleep to the screams from the coaster at Whalom Park echoing across the lake. A true advocate for the community Lisa serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for The Club: Lunenburg Teen Center. Lisa currently resides in Townsend, bordering New Hampshire where she is also a licensed REALTOR^®. Lisa and Carl went above and beyond for me. First, I tasked Lisa with the monumental task of selling my home and my mother's home and finding a larger home with first floor bedrooms so I could move my mother in with me. In this market, that was no easy feat. As if that wasn't difficult enough, the sellers of the home I initially intended to purchase breached their contract with me just days before my house was to be sold and the purchase was to be completed (buying and selling on the same day). As my mother's home was already sold (never even made it to market - went lightning fast!), my family and I were nearly homeless. Lisa kicked it into overdrive and in 24 hours we looked at 7 more properties. One was vacant, meaning that the sellers could move quickly, and my family and I loved it. We put in an offer immediately, and it was accepted the next day. Lisa's entire team (including the home inspector, mortgage broker, and insurance company she put me in touch with) were able to shift gears and close on this new property in 11 days. Moreover, Carl worked with the buyers of my home to extend that closing so my family and I would not be homeless, even temporarily. To say that Lisa and Carl are ROCKSTARS is an understatement!
