Karen has been a REALTOR® since 1997. That fall, her youngest child was headed off to kindergarten she was looking forward to “getting back with the adults”. She decided to get her Real Estate License and has never looked back!

Karen has been a Top Producer with our local real estate board (NCMAR) from 1998 to the present. Karen has sold over 800 Homes in her career! She considers a humbling accomplishment receiving the Sales Associate of the Year Award in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019. This award is not a Sales Production Award. It is voted upon and awarded to the 3 most “Enthusiastic, Accessible, Ethical, and Exhibiting Best Business Practices” from the entire North Central Mass Realtor Membership each year.

Karen grew up in Fitchburg, attended the University of New Hampshire, and started her family and Real Estate Career while living in Leominster for 10 years. In 2001, Karen and her family moved to Lunenburg, where her children graduated from High School. Karen currently resides in Fitchburg.

Karen truly enjoys her career, which she attributes to her love of people, strong organizational skills, and the drive to always improve through education, knowledge, and skills in order to stay ahead of the curve. Karen thrives on representing her buyers and sellers in order to achieve their Real Estate goals!

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work I can be found in the kitchen, gardening, boating, beaching, snorkeling, traveling and spending time with family and friends!

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Our Local Habitat for Humanity Chapter.  I learned how to install sheet rock on a ceiling a few years ago at a Women’s Build Day.  That was Fun! I also support the charity Tunnel to Towers.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“I really enjoy people so the pleasure of assisting my clients to achieve their Real Estate goals would be tops!”

Do you have any pets?

“I love animals and have always had cats, but due to allergies, my present mantra is “pet free and loving it”. Does my Grand dog Daisy count?”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I am a big Pats fan but personally enjoy all things to do with water!”
