Chrissy is a Lamacchia REALTOR® working with both Buyers & Sellers in both Mass & Rhode Island. She loves what she does and it shows! Chrissy grew up in Burlington, MA and recently moved to Johnston, RI after several years in North Central Mass.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Psychology from Fitchburg State University. She started on the video & marketing side of real estate before getting licensed in 2007 and following her passion for sales and client service.

Chrissy has grown her business exponentially since joining the company in late 2013 averaging over 30 transactions per year, is often spotted on the company’s monthly Top Agent list, Top Producer, and is a 2x President’s Club Member!

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends & family, love going out to eat and trying new places! I’m a new mother to a beautiful baby boy. I like golfing and any time spent outside makes me happy whether it be hiking or hanging at the beach. I also enjoy home design and décor, it’s not uncommon for me to move the furniture around a couple times a year just to try something new. This little hobby comes in handy when helping clients stage their homes for sale…win-win!”

Do you have any pets:

“Not currently, I am a huge animal lover and hope to have another dog someday. They make life a little more fun for sure!”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“Being a true advisor to my clients, and getting them a great deal. I enjoy educating them through the process and building a trusting relationship. Finding the right house is just one step. I enjoy every minute, from resting nerves writing an up an offer all the way to sharing the excitement at the closing table, I love the moment the buyer realizes they no longer need permission to go to the house…it’s theirs!”

We used Chrissy both to buy and sell our home. Both times were nothing short of amazing. She helped us get the perfect home for us on such a short notice and when it was time to sell she jumped right on it and didn’t skip a beat. Extremely fast to respond, and always answered any and all questions we ever had. She explained the selling process very detailed which made it super easy and stress free that the whole process was very enjoyable. We ended up having issues with our movers and we had to move out of state and Chrissy helped us tremendously with going to our home to meet the movers for us. I highly recommend her for your realtor.

If you don't have any idea how the buyimg process is then you have to hire Chrissy! She is the best! You guide us thru the buying process and was always available for us. She is very patient and she genuinely wants to help you. It was a pleasure to work with her.

My recent house hunting experience was quite an adventure... yes it was fun, but it was also stressful and trying at times. It took me two years and many offers before I finally found 'my house' and got my offer accepted in this sellers' market (where many of my competitors seemed to have cash for their purchases). But Chrissy was wonderful. She was a true professional; she was knowledgeable, calm (when I wasn't!) and extremely patient! I had a price range that fluctuated about $150K (due the rising prices and my rising frustration) and a location range that was all over the map. Chrissy, always very politely, helped to keep me in focus of my goals. One thing that was very important to me was responsiveness. Chrissy exceeded my expectations in that regard. She always got back to me very promptly, and seemed to be available at all times. I couldn't ask for anything more in an agent, and would highly recommend Chrissy!

I just purchased my first condo and worked with Chrissy O'Toole. I could not be more pleased with how great she was! She had so much knowledge of the real estate business and really made the home buying process go smoothly. She did analysis to see what homes nearby were selling for to make sure I paid a fair price for my condo. She asked questions during the home inspection that I didn't think of and made sure all important fixes were put into our contract. She made sure I knew of all important dates to stay on track with our closing date. She gave great recommendations for a home inspector, mortgage company and attorney. Chrissy was so accommodating when I had to pick times to do a walk-through or even to just have a call to discuss the process and next steps. The home-buying process is naturally stressful, but Chrissy truly was amazing and put in so much extra work to make it stress-free for me. I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else! I would recommend Chrissy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Chrissy Laurendeau is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients. This was our second time working with her. She sold our first home and helped us purchase our second. She truly made buying a house such a breeze! Chrissy took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. These guys definitely have a passion for what they do and you can tell that they love their job and the services they provide. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for finding the perfect homes. We are so happy to be in our new home. 10/10 would recommend.
