He began his real estate career in 2018 after a major career transition from working as a counselor at a residential behavioral facility for children. A health challenge led him to pivot toward a field he had long been passionate about: real estate.

Born in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, Kouassi moved to the United States at the age of 11. He brings a global perspective, a strong work ethic, and deep empathy to his work. Now based in Clinton, MA, he uses his strong interpersonal skills and in-depth market knowledge to help clients navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity. His goal is to continue expanding his reach and helping more people achieve their real estate dreams, whether it’s finding the perfect home or making a strategic investment.

Known for his thoughtful communication, patience, and problem-solving mindset, Kouassi is committed to providing personalized guidance at every stage of a transaction. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, cooking and passing down recipes to his daughter, and exploring his love for technology by building computers in his spare time. A lifelong fan of basketball and football, Kouassi values teamwork—both on and off the field—which translates into the collaborative and supportive experience he offers every client.
