One of the most rewarding aspects of Chris’s career is the lasting relationships she has built with clients. She cherishes staying connected and watching their lives and families grow. Giving back to the community is also important to her—she proudly supports Habitat for Humanity and local businesses and actively participates in the Lamacchia Cares Foundation, particularly its initiatives for Boston Children’s Hospital, such as the Boston Corporate Cup and Annual Toy Drive, raising thousands for the hospital each year.

Beyond real estate, Chris enjoys kayaking, gardening, sailing, reading, beach days, and visiting vineyards with her husband. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Haley, Caroline, and KJ.

We live in IL and inherited a house and a separate property in MA. Christine Lorenzen previously helped us a great deal with the sale of the house and she provided services to prepare the house that we could not do from another state. It sold quickly. We searched for an agent that had more experience with undeveloped property in the area but did not find one and Christine agreed to help us. She was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. It was a beautiful property but difficult for developers due to the naturally hilly features. She stuck with us through the Covid lockdown and showed the property to several developers. She agreed to enhance the listing for the 26-acre property with a video taken by a drone. She agreed to look into selling to the MA Dept. of Conservation & Recreation, which was different from the usual process, took longer, and was somewhat difficult. She answered all my questions and always communicated in a timely manner. The sale was successful and we feel great about protecting and conserving this property!
