A seasoned real estate professional since 2004, Celine Muldowney joined Stone Ridge Properties in 2005. Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, she has consistently achieved top-producer status. In 2020, Celine became a co-owner of Stone Ridge Properties and subsequently a Broker in 2021. Stone Ridge Properties joined Lamacchia Realty in a November 2024 merger.

Prior to her real estate career, Celine earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences and gained valuable experience in the biotech industry. As a long-time Newbury resident, where she and her husband Brian raised their family, Celine has firsthand knowledge of the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire regions. This local perspective enables her to assist clients in making informed decisions about their real estate needs, including relocation to the North Shore. Where to begin! We did not have any intentions on moving until we found an opportunity to build a new home out of state.
